The soldering steps of the Piezoelectric Disk are as follows:
The first step is to check the piezoelectric diaphragms : observe the appearance and coating, and select the piezo buzzer element with no eccentricity in the ceramic piece and no oxidation on the silver layer.
The second step is to add soldering tin to the piezoelectric element: first add tin to the copper/steel substrate of the piezoelectric element. Due to the fast heat dissipation of the copper/steel substrate, the tin cannot be added too much, and the welding time generally takes more than 2.5 seconds to allow the tin Points are reliably attached to copper/steel substrates. Then add tin to the silver-plated coating, which requires small solder joints, and the tinning time is preferably less than 1.5 seconds.
The third step is to weld the piezoelectric element connection wire: generally the red wire is welded to the copper/steel substrate solder joint; the black wire is welded to the silver-coated solder joint.
finally, observe whether the solder joints are round and full, there is no false soldering, no sharpening of the solder joints, and whether the silver-plated coating is damaged.
