Ultrasound Transducers, Piezoelectric Transducers, Piezo Ceramic Components for OEMs
Ultrasonic transducer is an energy converter component that converts input electrical power into mechanical power and transmits it. The Piezo Transducer consists of piezoelectric ceramic components , front and rear metal cover plates, pre-stressed screws, electrode plates, and insulating tubes
The 2000W ultrasonic plastic welding transducer oscillator, as an important component of modern welding technology, has demonstrated excellent performance in the field of plastic welding due to its efficient and accurate characteristics. This transducer oscillator has a power output of 2000W, ensuring sufficient energy supply during the welding process, thereby ensuring the stability of welding quality.
Under the action of ultrasound, this transducer oscillator can quickly stimulate the molecular movement of plastic materials, causing strong friction and pressure on the surface of the material, thereby achieving fast and firm connection of plastics. Its high-frequency vibration characteristics enable the transducer to complete a large number of vibrations in a short period of time, greatly improving welding efficiency.
The design of this transducer oscillator also fully considers stability and durability. Adopting advanced manufacturing processes and materials ensures its stability during long-term operation, reduces failure rates, and improves its service life. At the same time, its structural design is simple and clear, easy to disassemble, making daily maintenance and upkeep easy and simple.
The 2000W ultrasonic plastic welding transducer oscillator also has a good applicability range. Whether it is common plastic materials such as PP, PE, PVC, or other special types of plastics, this transducer can achieve high-quality welding. Its extensive application fields have made the position of ultrasonic welding technology in the plastic industry increasingly stable.
The 2000W ultrasonic plastic welding transducer oscillator plays an irreplaceable role in the field of plastic welding due to its high efficiency, accuracy, and stability. With the continuous progress of technology, it is believed that this transducer oscillator will show even broader application prospects in the future.

FBelec piezoelectric ceramics
, available in various specifications, can be widely used in flow meters, beauty air, cleaning equipment, ultrasonic equipment, manufacturer production fields, and can be customized according to customer requirements. Piezoelectric ceramic rings and ball crowns can be used in ultrasonic flow meters, ultrasonic medical beauty, and air exchangers.
FBelec piezoelectric transducer is used for beeping, ringing and alarm. The product size increases with the size! It is driven by 3-30V peak to peak square wave. To use, please connect one pin to ground (either) and the other pin to the square wave output by the timer or microcontroller. When the frequency is about 4 kHz, but works quite well in the range of 2KHz to 10kHz. In order to obtain higher volume, you can connect two pins to the microcontroller and which pin is high or low ("differential driver") )Switch to twice the volume. The passive devices provided by FBelec’ Electroacoustic transducers have the characteristics of stable performance and good consistency. The size is selected from 14-60mm, including those with leads and pins, piezo transducer means: passive buzzer, just like a speaker. It cannot make sound by itself, in the model number of FBPT1707, "FB' means "FBelec","PT" means piezo transducer. "17" means the diameter is 17mm,and "07" meand the height of the buzzer is:7mm.
FBelec also has experience in the design and manufacture of miniaturized piezo transducers with both traditional pressing and multi-layer tape casting technology.
Components with external dimensions below 1mm can be produced. Miniaturized sensor and actuator elements can be found in novel scanning catheter endoscopes or in active implants that regulate the internal eye pressure.
What are Transducers Used For
Transducers are devices that are used to convert electrical energy to mechanical energy or vice versa. One of the most common transducers - voice coils - are used in sub-woofers and most other loudspeakers. Electrical energy is converted into mechanical motion and thus sound waves. Transducers are also used in electric guitar pickups, to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy, then amplified by an electric circuit and reconverted to mechanical energy by a loudspeaker. Modern cars have hundreds of transducers, both sensors and actuators. Every park sensor uses a piezoelectric ultrasound transducer to measure the distance, and in turn, piezoelectric transducers are also often used in turn to alert the operators of an obstacle with a buzzing sound.
Why use Piezoelectric Transducers?
Piezoelectric transducers have a number of advantages over other transducer types. They are based on solid state piezoelectric materials often specially formulated ceramics that will change shape when an electric voltage is applied. This is called the inverse piezoelectric effect. In turn, they will generate an electric charge when a mechanical pressure is applied to the piezoelectric transducer which is also known as the direct piezoelectric effect. This piezo effect was first discovered by the Curie brothers more than 100 years ago. Often these piezoelectric electroacoustic transducers are used in ultrasound sonar echolocation, as distance sensors, as flow sensors, level sensors, and so on. A pair of ultrasound transducers operates in transmitter and receiver mode, and the timing or signal strength can be evaluated and converted into the measured quantity. Some of the advantages of piezoelectric transducers are small size, robustness, wide variety of size, shape and form, zero maintenance, long service life, and ease of control.
