Ultrasonic Spot Welding Machine
Ultrasonic welding is a particularly mild joining technology between thermoplastic components and non-ferrous metals. Manual workstations have many uses in plastic processing industry. The user manually loads the plastic parts to be connected and takes them out of the ultrasonic welding machine again after the welding process. Depending on the size and geometry of the welded product, these parts can be welded with one or more sonotrodes. Some automated solutions support the process of producing high-quality thermoplastic products, but we also provide suitable platforms for copper and aluminum, that is, for lithium batteries and wire harness applications.
