What is Heat sink, Aluminum Heat Sink
Aluminum heat sink are constructed primarily of high-pressure cast aluminum and tensile aluminum alloy welding. Its primary benefits are as follows
1. The heat dissipation of an aluminum radiator is good, and the energy-saving characteristics are obvious. If the same heat sink of the same specification is used in the same room, the number of aluminum cast pieces is less than that of steel.
2. Without any additives, FBelec aluminum heat sink has good oxidation and corrosion resistance. It works on the principle that when aluminum comes into contact with oxygen in the air, it forms a tough and dense oxide film that prevents further corrosion of the body material.
Select an aluminum heat sink, preferably a high-pressure cast aluminum module combined heat sink. Because the heat sink is integrally die cast, there is no risk of weld water leakage. Its main advantage is that the product is suitable for district heating systems and cannot be corroded by oxygen, even in open boiler systems. Because of the modular design, if the indoor temperature is found to be insufficient after one heating season, one or two pieces can be installed in the second year to meet their own needs, rather than having to replace the entire set of heaters, as with steel heat sink.
Furthermore, because the water quality requirements of aluminum heat sink differ from those of steel heat sink, mixing aluminum heat sink with other materials should be avoided.
Aluminum heat sink installation steps fron FBelec
1. Please unpack the aluminum heat sink and install the vent valve and Union first.
2. The location of the hole for installing the special hook on the wall can be drawn in accordance with the installation drawing or relevant requirements.
3 When installing FBelec aluminum heat sinks, keep in mind the damage caused by the heating pipe's thermal expansion and cold contraction.
4. Insert and flatten the 12 expansion pipe.
5. Please use the impact drill to drill 12 holes with a depth sufficient to make the outer side of the expansion pipe flush with the wall after it has been installed.
6. After meeting the requirements, install the bottom hook and tighten the screws.
7. Install the upper hook and adjust the position of the hook after placing the aluminum heat sinks on the bottom hook. Tighten the expansion screw after clamping. Place the vent valve above the heat sink when installing it.
8. After installing and assembling the pipe joint, connect the pipe to the water inlet and outlet according to the drawing requirements. All parts must be fastened. The back is 3.5cm from the wall and 5cm from the kick angle line.
9. Please turn on the hot water, open the vent valve, and let the water out. The operating pressure of an aluminum heat sink shall not be greater than the 0.12mpa specified in the manual.
