Working principle of programmable thermostat module
The constant temperature automatic sampler is equipped with a cooling/heating module and uses Peltier elements to effectively cool the air. When turned on, set the front of the Peltier element for heating/cooling based on temperature. The fan draws in air from the sample tray area and passes it through the channels of the heating/cooling module. The fan speed is determined by environmental conditions such as humidity and temperature. In the heating/cooling module, the air reaches the temperature of the Peltier element, and then these transverse thermostats are blown under the special sample tray, where they are evenly distributed and flow back to the sample tray area. The air then enters the thermostat from there. This cyclic mode ensures efficient cooling/heating of the sample bottle.
In cooling mode, the other side of the Peltier element becomes very hot, and cooling is necessary to maintain foresight performance, which is achieved through a large heat exchanger on the back of the thermostat. Four fans blow air from left to right together to exhaust heated air. The fan speed determines the temperature control of Peltier components.
During the cooling period, condensation may occur in the heating/cooling module. Condensed water will be stored in thermostats everywhere.
The most commonly used principle for sensing temperature changes is:
(1) The expansion rates of two different metals (bimetallic sheets) combined together are different;
(2) The expansion of two different metals (rod and tube) is different;
(3) Expansion of liquids (sealed membrane box with external temperature measuring bubble, sealed corrugated tube with or without external temperature measuring bubble);
(4) The saturated vapor pressure of the liquid vapor system (pressure measuring membrane box);
(5) Thermistor components.
The most commonly used converters are
(1) A switch that connects or disconnects a circuit;
(2) Potentiometer driven by sensitive components for the cursor;
(3) Electronic amplifier;
(4) Pneumatic actuator.
The most common use of a thermostat is to control room temperature. Typical applications include: controlling gas valves; Control the fuel furnace regulator; Control the electric heating regulator; Control the refrigeration compressor; Control the gate regulator.
