O que é um motor DC escovado?
O motor de escova DC é um motor rotativo com dispositivo de escova para converter energia elétrica DC em energia mecânica (motor DC) ou energia mecânica em energia elétrica DC (gerador DC). Diferente do motor DC sem escova, o dispositivo de escova é usado para introduzir ou conduzir tensão e corrente DC. O motor de escova DC é a base de todos os motores. Composição e classificação do motor DC sem escova, motores DC
Os componentes da estrutura básica do motor com escova DC incluem estator, rotor, escova e comutador. Os campos magnéticos do estator e do rotor interagem para fazer o motor girar. O tipo de motor DC sem escova é dividido de acordo com o modo de geração do campo magnético no estator ou carcaça do motor. Dependendo do tipo de motor DC sem escovas, o campo magnético do estator pode ser gerado por ímãs permanentes ou enrolamentos no estator. Neste último caso, o enrolamento do estator e o enrolamento do rotor podem ser conectados em paralelo, serial ou modo misto. O estator gera um campo magnético estático. Este campo magnético estático envolve a armadura (ou rotor). A fonte de alimentação externa excita o campo magnético da armadura. Existem também duas folhas de cobre em forma de arco no eixo do motor de escova CC, que são chamadas de comutadores. Quando o motor gira, a escova de carvão desliza no comutador. Desta forma, pode ser gerado um campo magnético rotativo atraído pelo campo magnético estático do estator. A corrente nos enrolamentos da armadura e do estator é fornecida por baterias ou outras fontes de energia CC (o motor CC sem escovas de ímã permanente não possui enrolamento do estator). A bateria (ou fonte de alimentação CC) fornece uma tensão CC constante. A amplitude da tensão determina a velocidade do motor, portanto a bateria ou fonte de alimentação CC é uma fonte de excitação linear . A maneira mais eficaz de alterar a velocidade do motor DC sem escova é usar a tecnologia de modulação por largura de pulso (PWM). A tecnologia PWM alterna fonte de tensão constante com frequência fixa. A velocidade do motor pode ser ajustada alterando a largura do pulso do sinal PWM. A relação entre os níveis alto e baixo do pulso é chamada de ciclo de trabalho do sinal PWM. A amplitude do nível da bateria DC é igual à amplitude média do sinal PWM
